From 6:00pm-7:30pm come carve or paint a pumpkin at Rochester Brainery! Then, around 7:30pm, we'll pop over to Lento for a 3-course meal specially prepared for our class: Course I: Trio of Pumpkin- Pickles, gnocchi & sformato (Italian style savory custard). Course II: Pumpkin Ravioli, sage brown butter sauce, local spinach, amaretti & pecorino romano Course III: Pumpkin pie, candied pumpkin seeds & bourbon whipped cream
