Read's Ice Cream

Every April 1 you usually hear about Read’s Ice Cream and their annual gag flavor; recent years have featured a spicy chicken-wing ice cream as well as Old Ball Game, a vanilla base packed with hot dogs, Cracker Jacks, and peanuts. But the less adventurous will be more than satisfied with Read’s everyday offerings, all of which are made in-house, with selections like black raspberry and chocolate peanut butter swirl, as well as soft-serve custard and ices. Sundaes, novelty items and cakes are available, too.
