A screening of "Rediscovering Frederick Douglass," a film that tells the story of how a previously unknown photograph of famed abolitionist and human rights activist Frederick Douglass was rediscovered. Rochester City Historian Christine Ridarsky will discuss the photograph, its discovery in the archive she manages, and the process of preserving and documenting it and give you an opportunity to see the original photograph.
