Re: “Feedback 1/31

Funny how the Deplorables ignore their president's daily inflammatory comments, but are fixated by a single comment by a man who no longer holds pubic office.

Re: “Feedback 1/31

Johnny - Fell free to provide a citation for Holder's alleged statement that, "as head of the justice department, he would only represent blacks". As to your claim that Obama's administration was the most racist ever, I'll just refer to the famous response by William F. Buckley, Jr. , " 'I won't insult your intelligence by suggesting that you really believe what you just said."

Re: “Feedback 1/31

"Mary Anna Towler bemoaned the "utterances and policies of the rednecks of the red states." She should have selected a better word than "redneck." I agree. But a better, and certainly more more accurate, word can't be printed in a family newspaper.

Re: “Collins' Trump support draws big slate of opponents

"But 2018 is the Trump era" ........ Shouldn't that read "Trump error"?

Re: “A reflection of America: the president doesn't read

Miller - That's pretty funny. You say, "You can't make this stuff up,", but you just did. Congrats.

Re: “A reflection of America: the president doesn't read

Mr/Mrs/Ms Miller - I hope you realize that whatever point it is that you believe you are making is fatally undermined by such hyperbolic and patently false statements as, " virtually 100% of what IS offered as news is really op-ed." and, " We aren't given "news", we're given a rationale for the policies and excuses of the political and corporate elites."

Re: “Rochester organizations come together for Year of Douglass

Left off the above list is a talk by Dr. Leigh Fought on her book, "Women in the World of Frederick Douglass", to be given at the Rochester Public Library on February 10th at 1 pm.
