RISE_ The Rochester Initiative for Scholarship and Education is at the heart of the evolving youth programming run by the Gay Alliance. The first RISE Brunch Fundraiser will be held the Rochester Yacht Club on Lake Ontario. Another featured attraction of the RISE Brunch will be the RISE Community Leadership Awards given to honor members of the local community whose advocacy, service and/or advancement of LGBTQ culture has enriched our community.
