Rochester Deaf Awareness Week (RDAW) and it’s host agency, Rochester Recreation Club for the Deaf (RRCD) are proud to announce more than 20 workshops, lectures & performances designed to enhance the public awareness of the Deaf Community at various locations around the city. Each day has a different theme and will include workshops, ASL lessons, performances and social gatherings. The goal of Rochester Deaf Awareness Week (RDAW) is to raise awareness, empower, promote understanding and celebrate deaf people and their unique language and culture.
