The Most Wonderful Time of the Year will feature a selection of secular and classical holiday music. Songs will include; Home for the Holidays, Gesu Bambino, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, Cantate Domino, Prayer for the Children and many other selections. The concert will also include a community sing along, which will allow the audience to sing with the Rochester Gay Men’s Chorus. During the concert the chorus will be joined by The Flower City Pride Band. The concert will also feature a toy drive as well as a post-performance cookie social.

During The Most Wonderful Time of the Year, The Rochester Gay Men’s Chorus will be under the direction of Guest Conductor Wilson Southerland. Mr. Southerland is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the Julliard School. Mr. Southerland’s professional credits include teaching and conducting of the Eastman School of Music, conducting for Ohio Lights Opera Company as well as couching and serving as assistant conductor for The New Israeli Opera in Tel Aviv, Israel.
