This year is particularly exciting because it is the first year of the Philip Seymour Hoffman Award for Best of the Festival. You may remember us collecting proceeds for this purpose when we produced the Philip Seymour Hoffman Tribute Series earlier this year. The award will be given annually to the film selected as "Best of Festival" at the Rochester Teen Film Festival.
