To help get you in the holiday spirit we are hosting a sparkling wine class. We will explore one of the most exciting styles of wine by going through how it’s made, what grapes are used, where it comes from and most importantly TASTING the wine! In this course we will taste sparkling wines from around the world including the infamous Champagne region! Course will be $40 per person which includes all wine, course handouts, and light fare to pair with the wines.
