SPECIAL EVENT | "Cirque Musica"

It's been a successful, experimental first half of the season for the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra — from Disney-focused performances to live soundtracks for beloved holiday films like "Home Alone" — and 2016 promises to bring more of the same. In the upcoming performance of "Cirque Musica," a host of touring cirque performers will execute daring, awe-inspiring acrobatic feats using hanging silks and more — all set to dramatic music performed by the RPO led by Principal Pops Conductor Jeff Tyzik.

"Cirque Musica" will perform Friday, January 8, and Saturday, January 9, at Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre, 60 Gibbs Street. 8 p.m. Tickets start at $22-$109. Purchase online at or by calling 454-2100.
