SPECIAL EVENT | Rochester Real Beer Expo

More than 50 breweries — with around 100 craft beers available — will fill the Blue Cross Arena on Saturday for The Rochester Real Beer Expo. Le Petite Poutine, McCann's Local Meats, Swan Market, and Little Venice Pizza will be selling food, and the bands Mulberry Soul, Sisters of Murphy, and Krypton 88 will perform throughout the day. All proceeds to go to South Wedge Neighborhood improvement. The expo is the anchor event for Rochester Real Beer Week, which continues through Sunday, June 19. The Rochester Real Beer Expo will take place at Blue Cross Arena (100 Exchange Boulevard), Saturday, June 11, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tickets are $45 for general admission, $10 for designated drivers. Ages 21 and over only.

EDITOR'S NOTE: The Rochester Real Beer Expo was originally planned for Gregory Street, but due to the threat of rain and lightening, the expo has been moved to the Blue Cross Arena. According to organizers, all other details will remain in place, and there will be a free shuttle service between Gregory Street and the arena will run 4 p.m. to 10:45 p.m.
