Chef de Cuisine Pasquale Sorrentino will serve up a special, 5 course menu highlighting seasonal flavors from across Italy. Menu highlights include: -Asparagus and lobster salad -House-made tagliolini with king crab tomato sauce -Pan-roasted sea scallops with vegetables -Organic leg of lamb with polenta croquette and sauce -Rhubarb and goat cheese panna cotta Each course is paired with a complementary wine.
