Col. Peter Engstrom shares his story about involvement with the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty. Peter has 30 years with the Center for Creative Leadership where he is an innovation thought leader. He is one of the founders of the Association of Managers of Innovation and of the Learning Innovations Laboratory at Harvard University. He served as a knowledge advisor for the National Story Telling Network. He is nationally recognized as a breakthrough innovator, facilitator, and problem solver for a variety of diverse areas from nuclear counter-proliferation policy to offshore oil exploration and development.
