An open house to introduce families to the Eastman Community Music School’s string programs for K-6th grade students, including an “instrument petting zoo” by Sullivan Violins, where kids can try a violin, viola or cello; open violin and cello group classes; fun activities such as coloring and exploring homemade instruments; and a hands-on demonstration of the new String Starters class for kindergarteners with an accompanying adult.
