This class will teach how to use a recycled sturdy frame to build a simple loom. Students will also learn how to warp and set up the loom. By the end of the class, students will have a completed loom built and know basic weaving skills. All supplies are provided for this class. Teacher Bio: Caitilin Chan is a current RIT Grad student (MST art ed) with a background in textiles, drawing, ceramics, digital art, jewelry/metal smithing, and apparel.
