Teen Empowerment Rochester’s Annual Community Luncheon will be held on Thursday, May 5th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center. The event theme is “Rising to unite our community through the power of youth”. Teen Empowerment will honor Hélène Biandudi-Hofer with its Champion for Youth Leadership award, and Ricardo & Mary Adams with its Peacemaker in Action award. The event is hosted by Joe Tobin & Bob Tobin.
