A hands-on, how-to class for the art of making "Pysanky," or highly decorated Ukrainian Eggs, using the traditional wax-resist (batik) method. Dyes, beeswax and a stylus are used to decorate the eggs with beautiful, traditional Ukrainian designs. Note: This class is for ages 12 and up. All supplies will be provided. No previous artistic ability required - just a little bit of patience and a lot of enthusiasm!
