Cartoonists Leigh Rubin, creator of the syndicated comic strip Rubes, and Phil Hands, editorial cartoonist for the Wisconsin State Journal, will discuss editorial cartoons by early 20th century Rochester cartoonists John Scott Clubb and Elmer Messner, alongside their own cartoons.
