Alternative medicine pioneer Deepak Chopra, M.D., is set as the keynote speaker at the York Wellness and Rehabilitation Institute (YWRI) 2016 Interprofessional Conference Experience. Chopra will present conference-goers a roadmap for "higher health," based on the latest findings in both mainstream and alternative medicine. The purpose of this four-day interprofessional conference is to accentuate how a holistic environment promotes true partnerships and advances interprofessional education, practice, research and theory inclusive of diverse settings and populations across the lifespan.
