Sisters for a Better Black Community, Inc is a non-profit org. which has been providing services in Monroe County since 1971. SBBC,Inc.presents, "The Phenomenal Woman", it's 44th Annual Scholarship Luncheon & Fashion Show. All proceeds to benefit deserving seniors in the Rochester Community.
