Born and raised in San Francisco, Dr. Susan Thompson graduated Suma Cum Laude from U.C. Berkeley and earned her Ph.D. in Brain and Cognitive Sciences from the University of Rochester. She is a tenured professor at Monroe Community College who has received training in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Rochester with her husband and three daughters. A potluck dinner precedes the presentation at 6pm. Lecture begins around 7.
