9:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m at various locations. The Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra is pleased to announce the 2013–14 series of Tiny Tots Concerts for pre-schoolers and kindergartners. This 40-minute concert, Mr. Butterman’s Neighborhood, will introduce children to the instrumental families of the orchestra, as well as some basic musical concepts.
