Tour a Historic Garden in Pittsford

When: Thu., July 24, 6:30-8 p.m. 2014
Phone: 473-8136
Price: $22-$32
Tucked away on a 3-acre site, this 40-room Italian renaissance country home was built in 1925 and renowned landscape architect Fletcher Steele designed gardens around the house, one of which has survived. David Swinford is restoring Steeles work, but has created a large formal entrance garden and added several other gardens. Tour the gardens and learn more about the history of the property. Direction will be mailed before the class.
