TriYoga Basics - Fire Series

Appropriately named, the Fire Series stimulates agni, the inner fire to cleanse, purify and strengthen the body. Standing postures generate the heat we crave as the seasons change and the temperatures drop. You can expect more deep stretches like leg stretch and reclined butterfly to get you ready for standing hip-opening kriyas including Triangle, Side Warrior and Runner.
