This new tour explores the Victorian view of death and expressions of grief through socially expected rituals and customs. The tour includes "the good death," wakes and funerals, mourning etiquette and clothing, gravestone symbolism, and epitaphs. Deb Coffey, trustee of the Friends of Mount Hope Cemetery guides the tour.
