UrbanFIT is a 60 minute class instructed by an enthusiastic and motivating instructor dedicated to bring the best out of you at each and every workout. Workouts consist of a little running but also concentrate on core strength exercises, total body exercises and whatever else we can think of to increase your fitness and strength. We’ll incorporate stairs, hills, benches and whatever else is in our environment to do sit ups, hops, lunges, wall sits, etc.
