Learn the basics of vegan cheese making through this presentation, Q&A, vegan cheese & wine pairing. You'll leave with expert level knowledge, know how and how to make three simple vegan cheeses and pair them with wine. All participants will receive a step by step vegan cheese making infographic and recipes. Workshop is open to all ages 15+. Non-alcoholic beverage will be available. This class is not suitable for individuals with tree nut allergies.
