Fleet Feet Sports WalkFIT training includes: 12 week training schedule, weekly coached training walks on Wednesdays and Saturdays. An online training tool workoutlog to track your workouts and communicate directly to the WalkFIT coaching staff and a super supporting walking community. The fall WalKFIT Training Programs starts on Saturday, October 4th at the Fleet Feet Sports Armory location.
