In collaboration with the Gandhi Institute, facilitators Sam Koplinka-Loehr and Tom Joyce from the National War Tax Resistance Coordinating Committee will be traveling to Rochester to present historical information about the practice of war tax witness and resistance, providing participants with methods for the use of these tactics today.
