Looking for a deeper understanding and knowledge of wine? This is our starter course to get you there. Within this class you will taste eight different wines from various regions to assimilate the importance of terroir, weather and winemakers. We will go into detail about the grape varieties we will be tasting and learn about their regions in which they are grown. Course will include all wine, course handouts, and light fare to pair with the wines.
