Genevra Petito, owner-operator of Supergirl Fitness, will instruct you how to do what she considers to be the three most important exercises for maintaining a healthy-happy lower back. These will all be practiced from the supine position (laying on your back on the floor), so please bring your yoga mat - or a towel, is fine too. A second towel or small pillow is also very useful for ensuring neck alignment, so bring that too.
