We will focus on renewing our energy, purifying our body and clearing our minds. The first half of the Workshop will offer a 60 minute Yoga Practice, with a sequence focusing on Spinal Twists and Hip Openers. These postures are designed to increase flexibility, improve range of motion, stretch your muscles and wring out toxins from the inside out while cleansing your body & mind holistically. The 2nd half of the workshop will offer a discussion on different Ayurveda Routines {with some demonstration} that we can practice daily &/or weekly, to naturally detox our bodies.
