The Frederick Douglass Resource Center will host a celebration for nearly two dozen youth completing the City's 12-week Rites of Passage Program. The Rites of Passage Program addresses the social and cultural development of youth from an Afrocentric perspective. Participants learned about African and African American history and culture to enhance their understanding of their role in their communities.
