The evening will feature Annette Farrington of the Perinton Concert Band performing the Rochester premiere of Stephen Bulla’s “Rhapsody for Flute and Band.” Other selections include “Flute Cocktail” by Harry Simeone, in addition to works by Richard Wagner, John Philip Sousa, and Stevie Wonder.
